Qiscus intensifies product innovation during the pandemic, catches the good trend of digitization by many business people

Having previously been integrated with an external CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, Qiscus launched its own CRM platform. Startups serving platforms omnichannel To connect various messaging platforms in one dashboard, we want to align products with business needs, which are now increasingly massively utilizing digital features in various lines.

Specifically Qiscus CRM is integrated into the platform omnichannel. However, integration into external services such as Sales Force and Microsoft Dynamics can still be done by customers. The company plans to start aggressively marketing this feature to target users in the next second quarter.

In Indonesia itself, there are several startups that focus on developing CRM platforms, one of which is Contact which is now part of the Mekari group.

"It is important for businesses to reach more customers, monitor the overall sales process, and manage their customer information. Therefore, Qiscus seeks to provide solutions for businesses by launching a CRM that can be integrated with omnichannel chat," said Qiscus Co-Founder & CTO Evan Purnama.

CRM is used to help businesses manage relationships and interactions with customers. In addition, it can also be used to manage the sales process and help record customer data.

In addition to helping the sales process, Qiscus CRM can also be used by businesses to create campaign records related to marketing strategies and gain insights from recorded data. This insight will make it easier for businesses to know which marketing strategies are working and which are not. CRM data can also help companies to know which parts need to be optimized.
