Communication platform provider startup ominchannelQiscus announced it had gained growth revenue 1,7x greater throughout 2023. This gain is supported by more than 2 billion customer conversations successfully handled --- overall these total conversations grew 123% yoy. It is claimed that this effectiveness makes a positive contribution to increasing client income by up to 90%.

The trust of thousands of B2B clients for service Qiscus proves that the strategy carried out by the company is able to adapt to the ever-moving trends in customer needs. Throughout 2023, the company will continue to focus on increasing revenue, product innovation and various other proactive steps, including optimizing the use of AI.
