RUN System SaaS Products Enter Google Cloud Marketplace, Driving Business Growth in the Global Market

The products that RUN System will sell at the marketplace are ERP, procurement and eCampuz services

RUN System (IDX: RUNS), a local startup developing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform, announced that it has officially become a "Google Cloud Partner". With this, the SaaS services offered can be accessed and subscribed to by Google Cloud users via the platform marketplace applications within Google's cloud computing ecosystem. This partnership is considered to strengthen RUN System's plans to serve international markets.

"This collaboration is not only a strategic leap to expand business reach globally, but also as a driver of innovation and building a strong international presence through various international channels and Google's empowering ecosystem," explained Co-Founder & CEO of RUN System Sony Rachmadi Purnomo.

There are three SaaS RUN System solutions that will be launched to marketplace Google Cloud, namely the R1 Cloud ERP platform, the RUN Market B2B procurement platform, and the eCampuz university ERP platform. This solution will become fully operational at the end of February 2024 and will be expanded until the second quarter of this year.

"RUN System with superior ERP products, has a consumer base and big data "which is broad and strong, so it is considered suitable to collaborate with us, plus support from Google in new innovative technologies such as in the field of AI which has just been launched as well," said Google Cloud Enabler Anand Sibuaea.

Google continues to look for suitable local solutions to market to customers of its cloud computing services in each country. RUN System itself is the third company whose solution has successfully qualified for service marketplace GoogleCloud.

Development of the RUN System

Since being founded in 2014 in Yogyakarta, RUN System has continued to accelerate its business by expanding its B2B clients from all over Indonesia. In 2021, PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk. (PT GGS Tbk.) which is a RUN System business entity, is officially listed as a public company on the Indonesian Stock Exchange via the acceleration board.

In 2022, RUN System acquired PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia, developer of the eCampuz platform, to enter the education sector. The focus is still the same, providing ease of administration end-to-end via ERP services. Currently, the eCampuz solution has been used by more than 250+ universities in various parts of Indonesia and is used by more than 1 million students.

Based on the H1 2023 financial report, the company recorded revenue worth IDR 3,88 billion (down 12,06% yoy). Nevertheless, Sony believes that the business expansion carried out will bring the company to positive EBITDA. One of them is by deepening partnerships with BUMN groups, such as the Telkom group, Danareksa, and so on.

Overall, the RUN System service has been used by more than 13 thousand businesses from 13 different industries. In total there are more than 2 million registered users on the platform.

The RUN System itself was previously incubated by Telkom through Indigo Creative Nation, then received initial funding from MDI Ventures. After becoming a public company, Sony is still the controller with 29,03% share ownership. This control is considered to keep the company stable agile to encourage growth and innovation.

ERP growth potential

According to data Statista Market Insights 2023, this year it is projected that SaaS services for corporations in Indonesia will be recorded revenue $486,20 million. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) services are the product line with the greatest traction, followed by ERP. Temporary for ERP itself, in 2023 the global market successfully recorded revenue $59,52 billion.
