Qiscus Intensively Expands Partnership and Releases New Products

Just launched Instagram Messaging API, enabling DM management of multiple business accounts in one centralized channel

Previously in 2019, Qiscus had also collaborated with Bukalapak bring features chat to millions of users.

Evidently, the many digital transformations carried out by business owners have succeeded in bringing Qiscus technology to be adopted in 18 countries with a total of more than 25 million users.

Most recently, Qiscus launched the Instagram Messaging API integration service through its solution. The integration allows users to access Instagram Direct Message (DM) and various platforms messaging others via a single dashboard. This launch was announced by Qiscus as the first phase of Instagram Messaging API was released globally by Facebook.

Instagram's significant role in connecting business with consumers continuing to control the number of business accounts on its platform year after year. As of this year, Instagram says there are more than 200 million business accounts registered on its channel. In terms of individual user response, this Facebook subsidiary claims 90% of its users follow at least one business account through their Instagram.

Delta further said that managing consumer messages through an integrated dashboard will streamline work and shorten the time required by agents. customer service (CS) to respond to consumer messages. In the future Qicus also plans to launch a Contact Page on multichannel chat integrated with CRM. This method will make it easier group customers, so businesses can send different broadcast messages in each group.
