Expand Logistics Service Partners, DANA Collaborates with Anteraja

DANA continues to develop its logistics service capacity, DANA Delivery, by cooperating with Anteraja, a delivery service provider pioneered by PT Tri Adi Bersama. This service first released in September last year with Shipper as its inaugural partner.

In an official statement, DANA Founder & CEO Vince Iswara said, the partnership with Anteraja is a form of ecosystem collaboration that will continue to be expanded, considering that logistics has become a crucial ecosystem link in supporting the country's economy. At the same time, confirming DANA's vision to become delivery hub for logistics service providers in providing a variety of services, both B2B and C2C.

"Through Anteraja's presence at DANA Delivery, DANA users from the wider community and DANA Bisnis partners can do order delivery according to the type of delivery service chosen. Users now also have more choices of courier services when doing order delivery, besides enjoying the convenience, security, and transaction guarantees provided by DANA," said Vince in an official statement, yesterday (1/2).

Anteraja CEO Suyanto added that his party is happy with the collaboration for DANA Delivery because it can help small businesses and MSMEs, to customers who want to send goods regularly. “Together with DANA is one of our efforts in expanding our area and service coverage. So it is hoped that with this collaboration, more and more people throughout Indonesia will take advantage of shipping solutions on-demand from home," he said.

Anteraja complements other expedition services that are already available at DANA Delivery with a choice of Same Day delivery types with an 8-hour delivery SLA. Anteraja makes an offer flat rate Rp. 20 thousand for delivery in the Jakarta area. Currently, DANA Delivery is only available for the Jakarta area.

In a separate interview together DailySocial, Vince explained that the enthusiasm of DANA users for logistics services showed a positive trend shown during November to December 2020, order growth of 30%.

“Adding logistics partners is one of DANA's ways to increase user interest in using this feature, both for their personal needs and for business needs. Through many courier options and competitive rates, DANA Delivery can serve more users.”

He ensures that the company will continue to add partnerships with other logistics partners to provide added value to its users. The expansion of the DANA Delivery service will also continue to be studied, especially in the Jabodetabek area.

DANA Delivery guarantees that the goods service provided is safe because it is equipped with features tracking to monitor the process of shipping goods. In addition, users can submit claims to expedition partners if there is damage or loss during the shipping process.

DANA Delivery has requirements, for Instant delivery, the maximum weight of goods is 10-20 kilograms. While Same Day delivery, the maximum weight is 5-7 kg. Items that are not allowed in this service include weapons or explosives, drugs, human organs, animals, and alcoholic beverages.
