"E-commerce enabler" provides end-to-end digital strategy services

The growth of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia is projected to continue to increase. Especially in a pandemic situation, where public interaction is limited in public spaces and activities that are forced to run online, digital solutions are the answer. The latest data from Sea Insights found that 45% of business actors are more active in selling on e-commerce platforms to change sales strategies in the midst of a pandemic.

In a research, conducted Kredivo and Katadata related to the behavior of Indonesian e-commerce consumers, it is stated that Indonesian consumers are increasingly trusting and comfortable in shopping online. This is indicated by the average number of e-commerce transactions per month per quarter in 2019, which continues to increase.

8commerce is arguably the only local company under the Linc Group that is steeped in the field of e-commerce enabler services. This startup focuses on providing solutions for e-commerce players in Indonesia, including technology, marketing, logistics fulfillment, and integrated shipping. The company that was founded in 2016 has a vision to help retailers and distributors enter the eCommerce market faster and with lower risk by providing ready-to-use eCommerce operations that use best practice systems, assets and business processes tailored to the unique needs of customers.

4. JetCommerce

Jet Commerce was first established in 2017 as Alibaba.com's official distribution partner under the name J&T Alibaba. Over time, Jet Commerce then penetrated into the e-commerce industry by providing integrated services for brands who want to sell online. To ensure the market penetration goes well, the company recruits a local team to store operations, digital marketing, data analysts, designers, copywriters, customer service, to tim warehouse.

5. Anchanto

One of the newest e-commerce enabler services is Anchanto. This company just got Series C pendanaan funding of $4 million (or equivalent to 57.5 billion Rupiah) led by MDI Ventures. This Singapore-based company also has representative offices in several countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, India and Australia.

Anchanto is a SaaS developer for e-commerce technology. Its products include logistics management services, warehousing, catalogs to multi-channel sales systems to help brands, retailers, sellers, and distributors improve their e-commerce capabilities. Currently, it has also collaborated with Telkom to provide integrated O2O solutions and e-logistics capabilities.
