Komerce Acquires Boostr, Enrich E-commerce Enabler Solutions

Boostr will be rebranded as Komplace, providing omnichannel services to support e-commerce businesses

Solution provider startup e-commerce enablers Komerce announced that it has completed its acquisition of startups omnichannel platform Boostr. This acquisition marks Komerce's seriousness in helping more MSMEs in the sector E-commerce with a comprehensive solution.

"We are very excited about this acquisition and the huge potential it has for Commerce and our users. The Boostr.id feature will support our commitment to a higher level. According to him, with Booster, MSMEs will get access to superior features to be able to manage their stores effectively in various areas marketplace Some of them Update stock by real-time, management chat from various platforms centrally, automatic product promotion, scrap products and shops, and so on.

Later Komerce will do rebrand Boostr becomes Kompplace, completing solutions which has already been launched, namely Komtim: remote team provider for MSME operations e-commerce? Komship: logistics aggregator; Kompack: last-mile delivery fulfillment.

In addition, the company plans to get into the payment feature by providing virtual debit card specifically, CRM platforms (consumer relationship managementand form builder (checkout page). Bayu also said that currently the company is raising funds for the pre-series A stage with an investor based in Silicon Valley.
