Titipku's Business Focus and Expansion Plan for 2021

Founded in 2017, Titipku currently embraces tens of thousands of SMEs and hundreds of thousands of users. Until the end of December 2020, the company recorded a turnover growth of more than 700%. This is supported by an increase in transactions per month by an average of 80%. Throughout 2020 Titipku also managed to add 31 traders who entered Titipku. This was achieved thanks to the performance of about 7 thousand 'explorers' (a term for application users who upload information on SMEs they encounter).

Titipku has also formed 47 digital marketplaces containing 1.219 traders in them. The 47 digital markets are traditional markets spread across Greater Jakarta, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, and Bali.

"These areas may be further developed as Titipku's business focus. However, it is possible for other regions in Indonesia, if indeed there is a high demand from consumers," said Henri.

At the end of 2020, Titipku also inaugurated their new office in Jakarta. Located in the Kelapa Gading area of ​​North Jakarta, the opening of the second office aims to reach more users, not only in Yogyakarta and its surroundings, but also to various cities in Indonesia.

"Yes, we will soon open a new area around Jabodetabek. We have done research and see the great potential of each market in each area," said Henri.
