majoo Starts Targeting Large-Scale Businesses Through "Prime Plus" Services

Throughout 2023, as many as 45 thousand entrepreneurs will use the Majoo application, spread across 600 cities in Indonesia

SaaS startup majoo launched majoo Prime Plus, which has been refined from its previous product, majoo Prime. majoo Prime Plus is specifically for large-scale businesses that require more complete premium automation features to facilitate business operations in one integrated system.

He explained that Majoo Prime Plus has a series of features that cover all business operations that focus on large-scale businesses. This product integrates sales, finance, employee, payroll, warehouseand work-flow. Plus the Majoo features that were already present, such as the cashier online, accounting, inventory, applications owner, business analytics, CRM applications, employee management and stores online.

The significant difference from the previous product, Majoo Prime, lies in its more complete features. One of them is recording customer data which can be adjusted for various types of business. Majoo Prime has only been introduced since August 2023.

For example, the owner pet shop can add a form to record the cat's name, vaccine history, and disease history. Meanwhile, repair shop owners can register a form to record the type of car, license plate number and type treatment or repairs carried out.

There are various types of business packages that can be used by various types of industries, including:

  • Majoo Prime F&B+: allows you to arrange table layouts in restaurants or cafes according to your wishes, with more complete and integrated features.
  • Majoo Prime Retail+: makes it easier to manage order status and inventory products in the warehouse, with more complete and integrated features.
  • Majoo Prime Jasa+: manages transaction history and ownership data as well as customer activity with more complete and integrated features.
  • Majoo Prime Beauty+: a comprehensive solution for beauty businesses, with features medical records, transaction history, and flow customer reservations integrated with the system treatment record, membershipand compare report (accounting).

Since its inception in 2019, Majoo has been committed to encouraging MSMEs to be digitalized. According to internal data, as many as 80% of MSMEs were first introduced to digital technology thanks to the central role played by Majoo. "This is clear evidence of how Majoo has become a loyal partner for entrepreneurs in responding to digitalization," said Adi, quoted separately from company site.

Entering its 4th year, the company presents improvements User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) through research on previous Majoo users, so that the appearance becomes more modern. This is done to improve user experience, speeding up operational processes, as well as more efficient use.

"During the four years of Majoo, we have always listened to input from entrepreneurs to remain relevant to changes in consumer behavior. "For this reason, we hope that this step can make it easier for them to manage their business," added Adi.

At the same time, the company introduced majoowira, a business acceleration program which is carried out regularly. It is hoped that this program can encourage entrepreneurs to continue to grow and become a source of inspiration for the wider community.

In the latest data, there were more than 1.200 readers of business guides through the majoowira program, more than 8 thousand hours of business mentoring classes were provided, and more than IDR 200 billion in funds were provided to selected MSMEs as additional capital to develop their businesses.

Last October, the company released the majoolite application to support budding MSMEs in switching to digitalization easily and efficiently. This application offers various features that enable MSMEs to easily record sales, finances, digital payments and online sales.

Different from previous Majoo products, namely the Starter, Advance and Prime packages which are subject to a monthly fee, MSMEs can use this application for free. They only need to set aside IDR 25.000 per month to store their transaction data.

This application can be used by various types of businesses, from coffee shops, food stalls, grocery stores, fruit shops, bookstores, clothing stores to professionals who provide services such as illustrators, nail artists, hairdressers and others.

Throughout this year, the majoo solution is claimed to have been used by more than 45 thousand users (majoopreneurs) spread across 600 cities in Indonesia. As many as 540 thousand informal jobs have been created from businesses managed by majoopreneurs. It was further stated that Majoo is 4 times faster in digitizing MSMEs compared to other companies in the same industry.
