Attendance App Launched as "Work From Home" Attendance System

Support activities work from home (WFH) which was promoted by the government to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus, Talent by Mekari launched a mobile application for managing employee attendance that is practical and easy to use, namely Attendance by Talenta.

To DailySocial Mekari CEO Suwandi Soh revealed that currently the application can be downloaded on the Play Store and applies free access for anyone who is undergoing WFH during this pandemic.

This application can be accessed for free for 120 days, if you activate it in the period 17-31 March 2020. However, it is possible that this free period will be extended if it is more than 120 days, if the WFH appeal is still given by the government.

"In the future, the Attendance by Talenta application will use the format freemium, there is a possibility additional charges to access certain features or services. In addition, Attendance can also be connected to the Talenta application which has more complete HR support features such as: payroll or management benefits employees," said Kelvin.

Attendance by Talenta is here with the hope that it can be a transparent and practical attendance management solution for business owners and employees alike. The application is designed to be more flexible for the company, so there is no provision for 1 direct company to use the application, only 1 team can use it to manage and monitor employees, for example the sales division is more frequent mobile devices.

"For this application, all mobile-based, so employee monitoring can be done directly real-time by the company admin via smartphone. There will be two types user, that is admin and employee. This monitoring will be seen on users who are logged in as admins," said Kelvin.

There are several interesting features that companies can take advantage of, including Live Attendance, Real-Time Monitoring, Automatic Attendance Recap to Shifting Management. With features check-in selfie and check-out as well as GPS-based location recording, employees will be facilitated to make attendance directly from their cellphones.

"Currently, most smartphone users in Indonesia still use the Android operating system, so we prioritize this application on the Playstore. However, of course in the future it will be available on iOS," said Suwandi.
