Looyal Closes Pre-Sponsored Funding Led by AsiaPay Capital

This startup from Surabaya has developed a loyalty program solution for MSMEs

CRM solution developer startup Loyal closed a pre-seed fund led by AsiaPay Capital, a Hong Kong-based venture capital firm. No mention of the nominal investment disbursed.

Looyal plans to use the new funding to drive market penetration through the development of new products, such as Dynamic CRM Report and AI-Based Superselling.

For information, Looyal was formed by Kevin Susanto Goly and Supriadhi Wicaksono in 2018. The solution developed by Looyal is in the form of a loyalty program (CRM) for SMEs.

Business actors can create a CRM that is integrated with various modules for business needs, such as Automated WhatsApp Broadcast, Digital Payments, Inventory Management, and POS.

As conveyed by Looyal CEO Kevin Susanto Goly, it is time for MSME players in Indonesia to understand the power of business data if they want to increase their scale and maintain their business amidst competition which is considered increasingly dynamic.

"We want MSMEs to really understand the power of business data. Whether the scale is small or large, if MSMEs are diligent in creating customer data and executing promotions based on data, they will definitely get growth too. sustainable. "We are presenting something that seemed complicated and expensive into something that is easy to understand and accessible," said Kevin in an official statement.
