Received Pre-Series A Funding, Qontak Establishes itself as a "Social CRM" Platform

Qontak, which used to be known as a provider of business contact information, is now strengthening its business line into the B2B realm by presenting a solution in the form of the "Social CRM" platform. To DailySocial, Qontak CEO Brendan Rakphongphairoj refers to them as "The First Social CRM in Indonesia and Southeast Asia". They have also recently secured pre-series A funding which will be used to strengthen their position in the market.

The round was led by Azure Ventures, with the involvement of Amand Ventures and SeaCap Venture. Investors in the early stages were also involved, namely Indonusa Dwitama. Regarding the nominal details, Qontak is reluctant to inform.

"Social CRM connects businesses more closely with clients, prospects and teams through tracking and automation solutions. Our client base has grown and the number of industries we serve is very broad. Our solutions support SMEs, Fortune 500 and SOEs," explained Brendan.

Contact claim that they have helped more than 100 businesses in the fields of distribution, technology, insurance, and many more. It is quite optimistic that it can continue to grow and become a Social CRM provider company that is able to help clients grow and develop.

"Qontak aims to provide affordable sales technology solutions for all businesses across Indonesia and Southeast Asia," said Brendan when asked about his plans after securing funding.

As a B2B solution provider, they have several key solutions such as CRM, HR Tracking, KPI Tracking, ordering and purchasing systems, messaging application conversation integration, solutions call centerand omni-channel for channel E-commerce.
