TokoTalk, startup with services ecommerce website builder inaugurated its newest feature, namely fulfillment. The presence of this feature is expected to facilitate users in terms of logistics management. The highlight of this feature is the delivery of goods from multiple locations and pick-up of goods from the seller's location.

Head of Business Development Kemas Antonius Tokotalk explained that this latest feature will also include the provision of a warehouse for storage and packaging of goods in collaboration with several partners. There are three old players who are engaged in service fulfillment and warehouse who will be invited to work together.

"Hopefully, business people who use TokoTalk no longer need to consider logistical operational issues. Starting from the ordering process, stock management, packaging, to delivery to couriers, especially when facing a surge in demand. They just sit back and focus on thinking about sales strategies," explained Kemas. .

Until August 2020, TokoTalk claimed to have succeeded in getting 320 thousand businessmen who made shops online through the platform. Its growth reaches 30% every month. It is also said that their GMV will reach $10 million or equivalent to 148 billion Rupiah by the end of this year.

"The target is to strengthen our system to reach more business actors or brand to join TokoTalk. We want to be a solution platform all-in-one mainstay of business people online. We want to create an ecosystem that can synergize with each other with mutual cooperation," added Kemas.
