Logisly Announces Initial Funding from SeedPlus, Genesis Ventures and Convergence Ventures

No mention of the amount of investment received; focused on accelerating B2B logistics in Indonesia

Logisly transportation solutions startup Logisly today (15/8) announced the acquisition of initial funding. The investment round was led by SeedPlus, Genesis Ventures and Convergence Ventures. No mention of the nominal amount of funds obtained.

"With the experience of our founders in the logistics and building sector, we are delighted to be able to support Logisly who we believe is uniquely positioned to deliver innovative solutions to solve challenges in this industry," said Tiang Lim Foo of SeedPlus in a statement.

logically is a platform that connects producers of goods (shippers) by truck logistics (transporter). Currently there are about 5 thousand trucks from hundreds of partners transporter which is available in various variants, ranging from vans, trailers, trailers, to flatbed.

Logisly targets the B2B logistics market in Indonesia. They estimate that there are 8 million trucks throughout Indonesia with a potential economic value of US$100 billion.

It is also estimated that the logistics industry in Indonesia was worth up to IDR 797,3 trillion last year and is predicted to grow 11,56 percent to IDR 889,4 trillion this year. logically itself targets to attract 1.000 partners transporter and 1.000 shipper.
