IDN Media has made another acquisition to expand its business lines. This time they annexed "Boss Creator", a music and festival promoter from Indonesia. This corporate action is a strategic step to deepen the entertainment ecosystem IDN Media and also provide a more complete experience to the audience.
"Together with the founder and the entire Boss Creator team, we are confident that collaboration together to create a music company and festival of the future will be achieved. For young Indonesians, for the future of Indonesia," said the Co-Founder & CEO of IDN Media Winston Utomo.
Founded by Kiki Ucup, Riandika Winandatama, and Adi Praja, Boss Creator has become an icon in the world of Indonesian entertainment. One of their works is the 'Pestapora' festival.
In the midst of ongoing dynamic developments, the Indonesian entertainment world is currently experiencing the initial phase of the revival of creative works post-pandemic. After facing various major challenges due to the global situation, actors in the Indonesian entertainment industry are now starting to show enthusiasm and determination to create work that is superior to before.
This phenomenon is not only encouraging for art and entertainment fans in the country, but is also a positive sign that the spirit of creativity never dies under all conditions.
"This step is very important for us in encouraging the development of the music and entertainment industry in Indonesia. We believe that the entertainment business, especially in the music and festival sector, has enormous potential," said Kiki Ucup.
He continued, "Our hope is to create a new era of entertainment in Indonesia with content that is more creative, inspiring and collaborative with other business units in the IDN Media ecosystem. This is just the beginning of our journey."
