Via USSD Code:

  • Open the phone app or dial pad on your phone.
  • Type code: *858*destination number*credit amount#
  • Example: If you want to send credit of IDR 10.000 to the number 081234567890, you type: *858*081234567890*10000#
  • Press the call button or call.
  • You will receive a pop-up message to confirm the transfer. Follow the instructions provided to complete the transfer process.
  • After the transfer is successful, you and the recipient will receive notification via SMS.

Via SMS:

  • Open the messaging or SMS application on your phone.
  • Type a message in the format: TPULSA (space) Credit Amount and send to the destination number.
  • Example: If you want to send credit of IDR 10.000 to the number 081234567890, you type: TPULSA 10000 and send it to 081234567890.
  • You will receive an SMS reply to confirm the transfer. Follow the instructions provided to complete the transfer process.
  • Via My AppTelkomsel:

Open the My appTelkomsel.

  • Select the "Pulse" menu.
  • Select the "Credit Transfer" option.
  • Enter the destination number and amount of credit you want to transfer.
  • Follow the next instructions to complete the transfer process.
