Activation Through MyTelkomsel

The following is how to activate through the My applicationTelkomsel:

3. Choose one of the desired Emergency Packages, then confirm.
4. After the Emergency Package has been successfully activated, you will receive an SMS notification from 5050.

Activation Via SMS

The following is how to activate via the SMS application:

1. Telkomsel (505) will send a message in the form of an Emergency Package offer when you run out of credit.
2. Reply to SMS by typing the keyword that was informed.
3. Wait for the SMS notification from 5050 that the Emergency Package has been activated.

Telephone Activation

The following is how to activate by telephone:

1. Telkomsel (505) will offer an Emergency Package when you run out of credit via a waiting tone.
2. If you agree, please press the '1' button.
