Elio's Effective Technology Approach for Selling Men's Health Products

Elio became one of the selected participants in the accelerator program Gojek Xcelerate

Elio defines himself as a company consumer health technology-based offering men-only products and services. A touch of technology is added in order to provide easy access to treatment products that have been recommended by doctors.

Some of the products that Elio offers focus on men's health, such as hair loss, acne treatment, and also erectile dysfunction.

To help identify customer complaints and problems, Elio provides consultation online free, as well as some questionnaire questions that must be answered. After that, the doctor will analyze the customer's complaint and recommend a suitable product.
