• Return Policy will automatically exit after completing the item input process.
• The terms of the weight of the goods are as follows: (1) the maximum weight of the goods is 125 kg for JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and Lion Parcel, (2) the maximum weight is 7 Kg for NinjaExpress, (3) and the minimum weight is 3 Kg and the maximum is 249 Kg for JNE Trucking.
• You don't need to pay shipping costs to the courier, but through the Mitra Bukalapak application after inputting the goods.
• Payment of shipping costs can be with all payment methods, except COD, Credit Card, Kredivoand Akulaku.
• You can only pay via Fund balance or balance OpenWallet if the shipping cost is below Rp. 10.000, -.
• Live Tracking can be done on the BukaSend feature.
• The BukaSend feature cannot be used for transactions made at Bukalapak.
