Vutura Offers Easy Solution to Create Chatbot

Is a startup assisted by Telkom in the Digital Amoeba program

Development trend chatbot seems to be continuing. One of the signs is the presence of new players in this industry. Its name is Vutura, a new start-up that is trying to offer a service to make it easier for users to create chatbot independently.

"Vutura is a platform chatbot With AI technology, we help businesses and individuals to serve their many customers with ease. We provide a platform, so that business people can freely create virtual assistants that suit their business needs," explained Vutura Co-founder & CMO Herjuna Dony Anggara Putra.

The startup is fronted by four people founder, namely Riztama Prawita, Arief Faizin, Herjuna Dony Anggara Putra and Arfiyah Citra Eka Dewi. Vutura is also a Digital Amoeba portofolio portfolio made by Telkom -- an internal startup incubation program followed by company staff. In their debut, they also received initial funding from Telkom with an undisclosed amount.

"Currently chatbot Vutura can already be implemented in various messaging applications such as Telegram, Line, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. In addition to the messaging application, it can also be implemented on chat widget which is on the website and mobile apps," explained Co-Founder & CEO Vutura Riztama.

Like a platform chatbot In general, Vutura is also equipped with Indonesian language NLP (Natural Language Processing) technology to understand the context of conversations with its users.

Previously in Indonesia, there were already several startups that provided similar services, including Kata.ai and Botika. Trend use of AI in business make business chatbot growing rapidly, especially with the automation, several businesses have been able to produce effectiveness in customer handling.

Product chatbot, in this case which is implemented as a customer service system, was developed from the many repetitive habits, one example is when the seller answers his customer's questions about the product. With the developed technology, Vutura hopes to solve these problems and strengthen the relationship between business owners and their customers.

"Because Vutura aims to strengthen the relationship between business owners and their customers, it is possible for us to collaborate with various parties to be able to assist business owners in improving their business. customer engagement experience," added Riztama.

In addition to being able to support many instant messaging platforms, Vutura is also integrated with various kinds of services tools, including Qiscus' Multichannel Conversational Platform and several others. They also established several partnerships, including with Freshworks, Line, including with Telkom.

Users only need to complete the registration and payment process to make chatbot they. Vutura claims they provide simple or no steps coding at all in terms of creating a virtual assistant or chatbot.

Up to now from the Vutura system has been born 354 chatbot with 98 thousand conversations. This figure is also certain to continue to grow considering that Vutura has just been launched and has been introduced to the general public.
