Strengthen Logistics Technology, Telefast Invests in “Clodeo” SaaS Platform

Acquisition of 15% shares of the company with an undisclosed nominal

Telefast (IDX: TFAS), a subsidiary of M Cash (IDX: MCAS), announced its investment in Clodeo. Namely a SaaS developer that helps businesses online perform governance, from ordering to logistics. There is no mention of the nominal investment that has been disbursed, only that TFAS has acquired 15% of Clodeo's shares.

Through this investment, TFAS plans to improve the performance of its logistics technology by integrating the Clodeo system.

President Director of Telefast Jody Hedrian said, "With this investment, we hope to get more synergized connectivity and service coverage for our group's logistics technology platform. In addition, the collaboration with Clodeo will add direction for TFAS in generating new initiatives, especially in Development cooperation with third party logistics (3PL) within our platform."

In the form of software-based cloud, Clodeo brings a suite of features including order management systems, shipping, inventory, integration with marketplaces/webstores, and reporting dashboards. This includes services point of sale, COD management, to check receipts / postage. Of the various features that are presented, options related to logistics management are indeed far more dominant here.

Served for MSMEs, Clodeo service variants can be subscribed starting from the free package up to 199 thousand Rupiah per month.

For example Shipper who is present as a platform aggregator logistics services for SMEs, there are also those that focus on fleet management such as Logisly, Webtrace, and Lacak.io. Some players also offer similar features that are packaged individually end-to-end in service omni-channel.
