Sneakersshoot Accommodation Shoe and Bag Washing Services Through the Application

Take advantage of the great interest in the service on-demand, the Sneakersshoot platform is presented. They offer shoe cleaning services plus shuttles using an app. This startup was founded in 2019 by Donni Irawan, Ikhsan Senja Anchan, Dedy Haryadi, and Noffian Triyadi. Their vision becomes pioneer for technology-based shoe washing services.

"The development of the sneaker trend in Indonesia is now growing faster, not only brand international brands that are arriving now local Indonesian brands are present and competing to increase their popularity. We are here as a shoe care service provider," said Sneakershoot CEO Donni Irawan DailySocial.

Even though it's only been running for 1,5 years, Sneakershoot has served more than 5 thousand customers and has cleaned more than 30 thousand pairs of shoes.

"We provide services free pick-up and delivered in the Greater Jakarta area to customers who want to wash their shoes and bags. We also offer services, repair, repaint, un-yellowing, and re-coloring. To our customers, we give subscription options and get promotional prices," said Donni.

Although currently still focusing on the Jabodetabek area, several times it also accepts customers who live outside Jabodetabek. Usually they send shoes to be cleaned and re-painted through an expedition service.

"Currently we don't plan to do fundraising. End of February 2020, the company has just completed a fundraising round pre seed from SALT Ventures," said Donni.

Application usage

Currently Sneakersshoot has around 15 internal teams and several part-time workers (freelancers) to assist with day-to-day operations. These part-time employees include: shoe technician and the couriers who deliver the shoes.

Those who are the power . they are entitled to a commission from Sneakersshoot, adjust daily calculations and get a bonus if they reach the target. All processes are carried out in their own workshop. Currently, Sneakersshoot has only one workshop. In the future, the company has plans to increase the number of workshops in other areas.

To make it easier for customers to make payments, Sneakersshoot, which can be accessed on the Play Store and App Store, provides various payment options. Starting from digital wallets (Gopay, Dana, LinkAja, and OVO), to bank transfers (Mandiri, BNI, Permata, and BRI). In the near future also plans to bring payments using credit cards.

In doing treatment which fully utilizes the application, all the process of picking up dirty shoes to the delivery of clean shoes are all carried out by Sneakershoot. Customers can also set the desired schedule so that they don't have to bother coming to bring or take them to the mall or shoe laundry store. All of these processes have been insured.
