Building Customer Loyalty with the Membership Plan Program at SIRCLO

SIRCLO offers a Membership Plan Program feature that allows sellers to easily manage and administer membership programs.

What is the Membership Plan at SIRCLO?

Membership Plan at SIRCLO is a points feature that allows customers to get special benefits and incentives when shopping.

SIRCLO provides flexibility in determining the membership plan structure, depending on your business needs. For the Basic plan, you can create one membership plan, while for the Professional plan, you can create up to five membership plans. This allows customization to suit your target market and business strategy.

There are two types of membership programs that can be set up: Tiered and Flat. In setting up a Tiered program, there is flexibility to determine one type of membership in the Basic plan and up to five types of membership in the Professional plan.

Meanwhile, for the Flat program, you can design a special membership plan for reseller with the limit of one single plan. It is important to note that this program is not limited to the number of items ordered by reseller, but the points earned can still be used to reduce the amount of their purchases.

Manage Membership Plan

• First of all, you need to log in to the SIRCLO Admin Panel to access the Membership Plan feature.
• In the left sidebar of the Admin Panel, find and select the Member option. Next, click Membership Plan.
• On the Membership Plan page, you can access General Settings.

Here, activate one of the two toggle options, namely "Use points as shopping discounts" and "Use points for new members." Next, fill in the number of points and the minimum amount to exchange points for the membership plan.

• If so, click Save to save your settings.

Create a Membership Plan

• Go to the main Admin Panel dashboard, click Member and select Membership Plan.
• Click the (+) Add Membership Plan button to add a new membership plan.
• Multilevel Program

If you choose a tiered program, you can select the program membership type, enter a plan name, and use the plan as a standard plan. Next, set the membership plan settings according to your needs and the type of membership you specify.

Fill in the point percentage column, determine the entry level criteria, and adjust discounts for all member transactions if necessary. Finally, click Save to save the configuration.

• Flat Programs

If you choose a flat program, fill in the membership program type column and enter the plan name. Adjust point rules, point percentage of transaction value, and discounts for all member transactions if necessary. Click Save to save the configuration.

After setting up the program, all your members will be automatically classified according to the conditions you have created. Meanwhile, make sure to manually change the status of members who have registered before this feature is activated via the Member menu.
