Proptech Platforms"Pintuitive" Presents Location Based Services for Property Search

Aims to provide new options to property seekers, platforms proptech location based PintuI had has officially launched. Co-Founder & Co-CEO Pintuitive Irvan Ariesdhana said that most of the platforms that have a concept are to provide services to agents to brokers only. Pintuitive wants to give more than that.

Irvan himself previously served as Country Manager for 99.co in Indonesia, especially at the start of the platform's debut in Indonesia.

"If you look at other countries, this concept has been widely applied, only in Indonesia, most of them still apply the old way, which is to offer agents and brokers options to install listing them by subscribing. This concept is considered less profitable from the property seekers side," said Irvan.

With Pintuitive, property seekers can easily find properties according to map points available on the platform. To get the exact location point, Pintuitive conducts a direct survey conducted by the internal team. Apart from giving property owners and agents the opportunity to market their properties, they also provide a team-managed service on a commission. Thus all processes starting from installation listing until other processes are handled by the team Pintuitive.

"For now revenue streams we are new to it. Since launching we were quite surprised by the enthusiasm of the agents and property owners to join us. Property agents themselves were previously reluctant to share information on the property listings they have," said Irvan.

The platform provides options for selling, buying and renting various types of properties. "Hopefully property seekers don't find any listing false. Technologically Pintuitive can serve all over Indonesia. However, due to the verification process, we are currently still focusing on Jabodetabek," said Irvan.

For now, the technology that Pintiuitive still wants to develop is the point of location only, but it is possible that in the future other relevant technologies will be developed. Like directions or information how to get there to the option to visit the nearest and relevant point, if there are several adjacent property points.

"Not only from agents and property owners who welcome Pintuitive, but of course from property seekers who are new to this choice. Besides being effective, what we offer property seekers can make it easier for them to find accurate properties," said Irvan
