The Official UrbanIndo Property Buying Portal, Migration of Domains to 99.co

Property buying and selling portal UrbanIndo announces the inauguration of domain migration to 99.co as of today (30/7). This effort was carried out after acquisition announcement at the beginning of 2018. Under brand Recently, the company will begin to launch a number of strategies to strengthen its position as the leading property portal in Indonesia.

Gradually, 99. co prepared a number of features for the convenience of users and partners. This feature is the result of a combination of 99.co and UrbanIndo -- some are completely new, some are from former UrbanIndo.

"As of today, we have migrated Branding on the website. This migration is the initial stage of various innovations that companies will show in the online property industry in Indonesia," explained Country Manager 99.co Indonesia 99.co Irvan Ariesdhana to DailySocial.

Irvan claims, now 99.co has around 1,5 million listing. Estimated about 1,45 million listing came from secondary listings from UrbanIndo, a mix of selling and renting. The rest is primary listing which comes from 99.co.

Separately from the announcement on the 99.co website, 99.co CEO Darius Cheung said rebranding this is the right foundation for growth and a good step in the future.

"So it is not impossible that within the next 3-5 years, 99.co is able to establish its name as a site for buying and selling, leasing, financial affairs, and all services related to the number one property of choice in Indonesia and Singapore," said Darius.
