Product Synchronization Steps

  • Log in to the SIRCLO Admin Panel.
  • Select the Catalog option in the sidebar.
  • Go to the Product List option.
  • Select Sync Products and decide whether you want to sync all or select specific marketplaces.

After completing the product synchronization, the product list and stock quantity from marketplace You will be visible in the SIRCLO Store Dashboard. You can manage products and stock in marketplace via SIRCLO Store website.

Stock Sync Activation

Stock synchronization is a key feature to automate stock management every time there is a purchase from various sources marketplace. Follow this guide to enable Stock Sync.

  • Log in to the SIRCLO Admin Panel.
  • Open the Catalog menu and select Product List.
  • On a product, click the dropdown icon.
  • Click Set and select Edit Price & Stock.
  • Press Sync variant stock until it turns blue. If successful, a success message will appear indicating activation of synchronization for all product variants.
  • To enable or disable stock sync at the SKU/variant level, click the Sales Channel button then press Sync stock.
