MRT Jakarta Launches Accelerator Program, Opens Opportunities for Collaboration with Startups

Registration for this program will start to open on June 8, 2020

Seeing the impressive development of digital startups in Indonesia, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) feels the need to be involved in developing its ecosystem. As a first step, the company launched an accelerator program called "MRTJ ACCEL". This program will begin to open on June 8, 2020.

This activity will last for 6 months for the selected startups. Participants will also get access to the Jakarta MRT ecosystem, such as users of Jakarta MRT services, station facilities, gates, and areas in transit-oriented areas around the station. In addition, they will also receive guidance from the MRT, selected mentors, and venture capital.

"This program aims to create a profitable partnership for the company and the startup. And of course it will have a good impact on increasing revenue, Branding, to the experience of MRT Jakarta service users," said MRT Jakarta President Director William Sabandar.
