MTARGET is a company email marketing which is committed to providing all-in-one email solutions. Meanwhile, Meeting.AI is Indonesia's leading AI-based automatic transcription and summarization software that utilizes Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to turn every meeting, both online and offline, into a valuable asset. Meeting.AI is the result of a pivot from language.ai.

MTARGET Co-founder and CTO Masas Dani said that there are still many businesses that rely on email for marketing, as well as getting and retaining customers. Initially the company only considered a one-size-fits-all email solution, it turned out that this model was not sustainable because customers wanted a more personalized solution.

Then, it is trying to develop a feature that can suggest creative content to help customers compose emails as part of marketing campaigns, thereby helping them be more productive. After adopting the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, this solution can be released within two weeks.

“We are pleased to announce that this feature, which we call Digital Intelligence Assistant, has just been launched, and is one of the first of its kind in Southeast Asia,” said Masas.

Meanwhile, Co-founder and CEO of Meeting.AI Hokiman Kurniawan explains transcription services in the past, which were largely manual, could take a long time, were limited in terms of language support, and required extensive training to ensure the information contained in the notes was accurate and relevant. These concerns prompted his team to develop a superior solution powered by genAI, which offers accurate transcription in Indonesian as well as local dialects that can be used to summarize offline meetings.

“Our solution has successfully supported clients in reducing the time required for their employees to take meeting minutes; the average employee of our clients now only spends 20% of their time compared to previously reaching 450%, without sacrificing the quality of work output. "This shows that AI can revolutionize productivity and offer a more efficient way of knowledge retention, and we look forward to integrating it in all our products," continued Hokiman.

In just four months of operation, Meeting.AI recorded more than 50 thousand users who registered for their services, and this number is expected to continue to grow as more companies want to provide a more meaningful work experience for employees to encourage innovation, creativity, and productivity.
