Mamikos Expands Property Management Solutions, Presents "Apik by Singgahsini"

Platform listing boarding house Mamikos introduces "Apik by Singgahsini", a new service for boarding house property management solutions that prioritize service quality standards. This service complements other Mamikos solutions, after listing boarding houses and Singgahsini (formerly Mamirooms).

Mamikos Co-Founder & CEO Maria Regina Anggit said that the presence of Apik by Singgahsini can provide easy access to assist Mamikos Partners in running their boarding business effectively and open up opportunities to take advantage of market-appropriate marketing channels.

“For most of the tenants of the boarding house who are migrants away from their families, the boarding house has become a second home. For this reason, it is important for Mamikos Partners to pay attention to proper boarding management," he explained in an official statement.

They have to register first and go through a verification process.”
