Singgahsini Service Becomes Mamikos Business Expansion Strategy, Collaborates with Property Owner Partners

Previously the program was called "Mamirooms"

Previously known as Mamirooms, one of the services Mamikos which is intended for the owner of the boarding house, has now changed its name to "Singgahsini". To DailySocial, Mamikos Co-Founder & CEO Maria Regina Anggit said the name change was made to give a local feel because Singgahsini is a property management service originating from Indonesia.

"We want to help more boarding house owners to optimize the occupancy of their boarding houses, as well as provide a better living comfort for boarding house seekers," said Anggit.

Singgahsini offers property management end-to-end so partners (property owners) do not have to worry about business operations. Since launched in January 2019, Singgahsini boarding houses have spread across Greater Jakarta, Bandung & Jatinangor, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, and Malang.

Some of the services provided to partners include room marketing, visual marketing, standardization of facilities and re-touch/re-design, pre-conditioning, training for operators or guards, making SOPs, scheduling surveys, to managing orders.

"Singgahsini cooperates with Mamikos partners to fulfill boarding occupancy with several cooperation models, namely Profit Sharing, Minimum Income Guarantee, or Full Income Guarantee; depending on the results of the property evaluation. penetrated into the apartment," said Anggit.

Boarders who can join Singgahsini are those who have stuffing room facilities and other supporting facilities such as private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, and AC. The Mamikos Transformation Team will also continue to check/survey the boarding houses that are interested in joining Singgahsini to ensure that the standards are in line with those that have been determined.

During the Pandemic period, to support partners so that their boarding properties remain safe and attractive to prospective residents, Singgahsini also has the "Healthy Boarding House" program which is one of the efforts to assist the government in preventing the spread of Covid-19 by implementing health protocols starting from providing hand washing facilities. and hand sanitizer in front of the boarding house, checking temperature, and education for the use of masks.
