How to Transfer Via Book Stall, Fast, Easy and 0% Admin Fee

Step-by-step Transfer via Warung Book

In the digital payment feature, you can choose the billing option to send a billing link to the customer and you can choose the pay for transfer option to another account. Here's how to use the pay option on the digital payment feature.

• Open the application Stall Book and select menu Pembayaran.
• Click button Pay is red at the bottom left for free money transfers with no admin fees.

• Click Add New Customer if your customer's name is not in the contacts.

• Enter the customer name and customer phone number.
• Then, click Save.
• Next, on the Payment Transaction page, enter the payment amount and notes if needed.
• After that, click Add Account to register the beneficiary account.

• Complete the information regarding the beneficiary's bank name and account number. Then, click Check.
• If the account number is verified, you can see the name of the account holder appear below it. Next, click Save Account.

• After that, click Continue and you will move to the Transaction Confirmation page.

• On this page, you will see information about the recipient's account number, transaction details, and payment method. You can choose the payment method from a bank or digital wallet. Click Change to change the payment method.

• If so, make sure all the information is correct and click Make Payment.
• You will enter the Payment Instructions page to make a payment immediately.

How to Send a Payment Bill Link with the Digital Payment Feature

After knowing how to make a transfer in the Buku Warung application, it's time for you to see a tutorial on how to send a payment link for debt collection to customers.

• Enter menu Pembayaran on app Stall Book.
• Click Bill to send a bill payment link to the customer.

• Select the customer contact you want to bill or click Add New Customer if the customer is not already in the contact list.

• Enter the customer's name and phone number (optional). Then, click Save.

• After that, you will go to the billing page. Enter billing amount and notes (optional). Then, register your account by clicking Add Account.

• Create a pin containing a 4-digit number and confirm the pin. Select a bank and enter your account number. After that, click check.

• After the account number is verified, click Save Account.

• Then, click Continue and you will move to Billing Confirmation page. Make sure your account number and billing details are correct.

• Next click Request Payment and click Send Payment Link to send invoices to customers via WhatsApp or other applications.

• Your customers can make payments with a choice of payment methods as shown in the picture without any admin fees.
