How to Manage Employees in the Restoku App

Fitur point of HR in the Restoku application is indeed focused on HR management or employees. However, managing employees here is recruiting employees for your business. Interesting right?

You can also see various employee candidates who are ready to be recruited. Curious how? Check out the following guide:

• Open the application my restaurant.
• Enter menu Recruitment.
• On that page, you can see a list of candidate employees who are ready to be recruited.

• Then, for request employee recruitment, you can click the button at the bottom left of the Recruitment menu page.
• Next, you will be asked to fill in request form HR where you have to enter the company information data and the required employee data.
• First, on section company information, you will be asked to fill in the name of the restaurant, your name as the business owner, mobile number, and value company.

• Second, in the required employee information section, you can include the position of the required employee, job description the position, the specific requirements, the number of employees you want, the employee's working hours, the salary offered, and the location of the employee placement (province).

• When both parts have been completed, click the button Submit which is at the very bottom request form HR.
