When the Aw Snap error message appears, the page or website you are referring to cannot be opened. Of course, this will be even more annoying because you won't be able to open the website you're targeting.

But calm down! Here we have prepared a way to deal with Aw Snap in Google Chrome. But before that, we will explain what Aw Snap is and what causes it.

What is the Aw, Snap error then what causes it?

Aw Snap is an error message that appears in the Google Chrome browser. The display shows that Google Chrome is unable to load the specified website.

So what causes Google Chrome to display this Aw Snap message?

• An error occurred on the website you are using

• Accumulation of cache and cookies

• The Google Chrome application is not compatible with the operating system

• Google Chrome is out of date

• Google Chrome has crashed

So how to handle it?

1. Added -no-sandbox command

First, you can add the -no-sandbox command to the Google Chrome properties.

Simply put, this sandbox command protects Google Chrome from viruses. But Google Chrome sandbox can also freeze the browser so it can't work normally.

So try to disable it first. To work around Chrome showing an Aw Snap message:

• First, right-click Google Chrome on the taskbar.

• Then select the Properties menu.

• The Google Chrome Properties dialog box will appear later.

• Continue adding the command -no-sandbox in the target field.

• Finally, click Apply and press OK.

2. Refresh Page

The next step you can take to deal with the Aw Snap message that appears when opening certain web pages on the internet is to refresh the page.

This method sounds simple, but when the page refreshes, it reloads with an error message.

This means that the website page will be reloaded to open or use it.

To do this, follow these steps:

• Click the circle icon with an arrow in the upper left corner

• Or click the F5 button on the keyboard

• You can also press the right click then select "Reload"

3. Clear browser cache

Cache buildup can store bugs on the page. One effect is that the Aw Snap message appears suddenly.

Try clearing Google Chrome cache as follows:

• Open Google Chrome, click the dot icon at the top right.

• Select the Settings menu.

• After the Google Chrome settings page opens, select the Privacy and Security tab.

• Click the Clear browsing data option.

• Finally, click the Clear data button to delete it.

4. Update Google Chrome

By updating the Google Chrome app gives you a fix for any issues or errors in the app.

So often, one of the existing errors can also be the cause of the Aw Snap error message.

So there's no harm in updating the Google Chrome application. How to? Just follow the instructions below:

• Click the three dots in the upper right corner of Google Chrome, then select Help > About Google Chrome.

• The verification process for new versions is done automatically.

• If the latest update version is found, the update process will be done automatically. Just wait for the process to finish.

In short, the Aw Snap error message indicates that Google Chrome is running out of memory. In addition, it can also be caused by a bug. The method above can at least resolve the error message. I hope this helps!
