Halodoc Launch Mental Health Consultation Service

Having previously expanded partnership with various related parties, health technology platforms Halodoc launched a new feature that can be accessed directly in the application. A channel that is specifically presented to help users carry out their mental health consultations, supported by 500 registered psychologists and psychiatrists.

Users who wish to consult can directly open Mental Health services on the start page Halodoc and choose the required field of Clinical Psychology or Psychiatry.

After more than two weeks of launch, the dedicated Mental Health channel Halodoc experienced an increase in the number of user access up to 400%. The most frequently consulted complaints included complaints about depression, anxiety, and stress.
