Seeing these problems, Psychologymu tries to offer an online platform for the general public to conduct online consultations.

Founded by alumni of Psychology students, this startup wants to make it easier to access mental services in Indonesia. Psychologymu CEO Nova Ariyanto Jono said that currently it is still difficult to find psychological consulting services. While the potential and existing demand from the community is quite large in number.

"As an alumni of psychology students and living in a big city, consulting with psychology is very difficult. In general, you have to wait 2 weeks, and are 'forced' to consult a psychologist whose preferences do not match the choice of gender to age which is not an option. get professional services if you don't live in the city, not from psychology alumni and others."

Through the Psychologymu application, which can now be downloaded on the Play Store, users can choose a psychologist according to their topic preferences. The platform will directly connect users with relevant psychologists and can have 15 minutes of free conversations and if suitable, can continue for 60 minutes.

Currently there are 57 psychologists available in the application, but in the future Psychologymu has plans to accelerate business growth up to 10 times in the next 12 months. In addition, your Psychology will also launch new features that can be useful for users.

Even though it's still relatively new to running a business, your Psychology claims that you currently have revenue about $70 per month. For profit (20% of platform fees) haven't pocketed everything for the company, because at this time revenue directly distributed to psychologists first.

"Until the next few months, your Psychology will not implement commission sharing, so every payment made by users will be fully accepted for psychologists who provide consulting services," Nova said.

For all the consultations used by users, your Psychology charges various fees. The process is embedded in the application, making it easier for users to make payments. Currently Psychologymu provides several payment methods, in collaboration with Midtrans. Payments via GoPay have also been accepted. The plan is to add a credit card option this August.

In order to accelerate business and launch a monetization strategy, Psychologymu will conduct a fundraising this year, in accordance with their commitment and mission to contribute positively to improving mental health in Indonesia while making it easier for every individual to consult a psychologist.

"We wanted to look at the provisional performance of some of the metrics that are considered important by venture capital, so that when getting funding, management funding it becomes more optimal," Nova said.
