Kudo Melted Service, Now Becomes "GrabKiosk by Kudo"

This brand change is to standardize the naming of all services Grab

Kudo is now fully integrated into the ecosystem Grab, both brand and service. The name of the agent's shop, which was previously named Warung Kudo (along with the application) has changed to GrabKiosk by Kudo. Kudo site has been transferred to Grab sebagai submenus.

Kudo Nacitta Kanyandara, Head of Commercial & Business Expansion, explained that the changes had actually been made since the end of September 2019. In the near future, the company will make the inauguration.

"We are 100% owned Grab, so change brand this is to standardize the naming of all services Grab, from Grabfood, Grabexpress. Because with Kudo, people usually like to ask questions," said Nacitta, Thursday (17/10).

Currently Kudo has 2,6 million stall agents scattered throughout Indonesia. Its growth is claimed to reach 44% year on year. The highest growth occurred in Aceh, Bengkulu, Central Kalimantan, Gorontalo, and West Sumatra.

In terms of transactions, Kudo claims that it grew 132% for the same period. Throughout Ramadan 2019, the transactions that agents used the most were credit, utilities, remittances, supermarket products, coupons and vouchers.
