Algobash itself was founded by Elfino Sitompul and Melinda Wardiman, both of whom believe that technology talent will always be needed and its potential is still enormous. In addition, Algobash's solution can not only be applied in Indonesia but also in the global market. "Our mindset is sustainability, so that our solution is a cycle recruitment that benefits all parties,” added Elfino.

Services offered

The company has two business models, namely B2B which focuses on the SaaS platform assessment so that the company can conduct a more in-depth technical capability assessment. The method is not limited to coding test, but also includes cognitive tests and interviews.

In addition, there is also a B2C model for users who want to learn or upskill ability the programming. "Beyond this, we also have the ability to monetize coding competition through sponsorship and others," added Melinda.

The value proposition offered on the Algobash platform is to ensure an objective, non-biased and massive recruitment process through solutions coding test and pre-employment assessment.
