Stanford Opens Special CEO Training Program in Indonesia

The program will last for 10 months, classes are held twice per week in Jakarta and Bali

Stanford Seed, a program initiated by the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), announced the expansion of its leadership training program in Indonesia, Seed Transformation. This initiative was first implemented in the Africa and South Asia region.

Seed Transformation is a leadership training program designed for 10 months for CEOs and business founders together with their management teams to see growth opportunities and formulate strategic plans for the development of their businesses.

Through this program, Stanford Seed helps and supports CEOs to increase revenue, create jobs, and have a positive impact on society and the environment.

Stanford Seed Executive Director Darius Teter said, Indonesia has a large population, government governance that supports business growth, and a massive number of local companies for exponential growth in the future. This is the background for Stanford Seed to expand its presence in other countries.

"When selecting countries for this program, we always carefully consider the following factors, where we always ask ourselves: In which countries can we work with business actors and management teams who are highly dedicated and ready to make a meaningful impact on society?," said Teter in an official statement, Monday (22/4).

He revealed that in his previous track record, after participants participated in the Stanford Seed program, their income increased by 75%. Around 39% of them established business partnerships with other participants and another 34% of participants succeeded in expanding their businesses into new markets. Not only that, participants managed to raise capital of more than $1.025 billion (around Rp. 16 trillion).

Seed invited 45 CEOs and local business founders to participate. Prior to program registration, a face-to-face information session will be held that allows prospective participants to ask questions directly. This session will be held in four cities: Medan (24 April), Jakarta (26 April), Surabaya (29 April), and Bali (30 April). Reservations are now open via following link.
