How to Send Packages with BukaSend

• Open the application Bukalapak Partner.
• Select menu BukaSend Agent.

• Scroll the screen until you find the button Send Package Now. Click the button.

• After that, you will go to the page to input the package. First, enter the sender's information such as name, mobile number, and address.

• If you input your customer package, tick Submit under a different name and enter your address as BukaSend Agent in the return address field because this address will be used as an address pick up package.
• Second, enter the recipient's name, phone number and address.
• Third, fill in the detailed information of the package, such as the weight of the package and a description of the contents of the package. Make sure you enter the actual weight of the package and enter it according to the conditions in the following image.
• Fourth, select the package delivery method. Is it self-delivered (to counter nearest) or pick up by courier.
• Next, select delivery service that you want to use.

• After that, click View Shipping List.
• Then, you will see a detailed summary of the package you just entered. You'll also see postage costs at the bottom. If you want to send more than one package, you can press Add Package. If not, you can proceed to payment by pressing the button Continue to Payment.

• Then, select the desired payment method. Then, click Pay.

• Next, you will enter the Transaction History page. To get an automatic receipt, click Take Receipt Number.

• After that it will appear receipt number/booking code. Bukalapak also sends receipt number information via SMS to your cellphone number as an agent, the sender's cellphone number, and the recipient's cellphone number.

How to Track BukaSend Packages

After successfully sending the package with BukaSend, don't forget to track or tracking packages periodically. Tracking you can also do it easily through the Bukalapak Partner application with the following steps.

• Unlock features OpenSend in the Bukalapak application.
• Go to the Transaction History page.
• Then, click View Details on the package you want to track.

• After that, click view more in the Shipping History section.
• There you can see the history of the package's journey from the time it was sent to the recipient.
