Clodeo Offers Omni-Channel Platform, This Year Focuses on Complete Integration with Marketplace

Providing a centralized transaction management solution for online sellers

The rise of the online buying and selling business is seen as an opportunity by Clodeo. With many online sellers managing orders conventionally, Clodeo presents an application-based solution to facilitate product recording and management. They are also in the process of integrating to provide solutions omni-channel, Connect seller stalls to various platforms in an integrated way.

Currently, this startup service from Bandung offers features to manage various activities such as managing orders, recording purchases of goods, managing products, printing shipping labels, to checking shipping costs from various courier services in Indonesia.

The Clodeo solution from the start was developed with the aim of solving the problems of online buying and selling activities faced by online sellers, especially those who still use manual systems such as Excel or books to record their business activities.

"Clodeo's superior features include accounting, management, order, cash on delivery (COD) , integration with WooCommerce and Shopify, inventory and version availability applicationmobile devices which can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play," said Co-founder Clodeo Reynaldi.

To be able to use Clodeo's services, users can register and choose a subscription package, some are free and some are paid. Each of them has its own advantages.

Clodeo started operating in 2018, they run their operations armed with early-stage funding obtained from one of the angel investors from Singapore. Currently, they have collaborated with SiCepat for the COD delivery method, which so far has served 27 thousand packages delivered.

Clodeo's current journey is relatively new, there are still several features that are being worked on, one of which is integration with marketplace to be a solution omni-channel. Reynaldi himself admitted that this year they are perfecting the integration with several companies marketplace in Indonesia while continuing to introduce Clodeo to the public.

"On the product side, Clodeo is currently focusing on adding an integration feature with marketplace existing in Indonesia. In addition, on the marketing side, Clodeo's focus is trying to invite an influencer work together as digital marketing actors to help market the Clodeo application," explained Reynaldi.

In segment omni-channel Clodeo is not the first, there are several services that have already been present, one of which is Jubelio. Sakoo, iSeller, and others.
