Partnering with Julo, Bukalapak Releases "PayNanti" Payment Method

Can only be used for purchases of physical goods

Bukalapak has again added a payment method for transactions in their system. This new method is named PayLater. In collaboration with Julo, an online KTA service provider, it allows users to pay using Bukalapak's "credit limit".

From page formal Bukalapak submissions and activation of the PayNanti method can currently only be done by buyers who are domiciled in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, and Surabaya areas with the condition that the account age is not less than 3 months.

The PayNanti feature is currently only available for payment for physical goods with full payment. The credit limit payment will be billed at the end of each month, and if it exceeds the specified maturity, a late fee will be charged.

PayLater Features from Bukalapak

For information, July is an online KTA service provider supported by several investors such as East Ventures, Skystar Capital, Convergence Ventures, and a number of companies angel investors.

Adding a payment method using a credit limit is also done by Tokopedia. Working with Ovo, they launched Ovo PayLater, which is the result of Ovo's collaboration with Taralite.

Both Ovo PayLater and PayNanti can only be used for purchasing physical goods and cannot be used for bill payments, donations, and purchases of mutual funds and gold.
