DMMX, Subsidiary of NFCX, MCAS Group Signs Cooperation Agreement on Citizen Kiosk Digitization, Taspen Initiation Business Program and BRI

PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (IDX: DMMX), a subsidiary of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (“NFCX”), Group PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (IDX: MCAS or “MCAS Group”) announced a Cooperation Agreement with PT Jaring Sistema Semesta acting as the consolidator of the Kiosk Warga retail stall business. Kios Warga is a business program and brainchild of PT Taspen Persero (“Taspen”) which manages the State Civil Apparatus Pension Fund in Indonesia, in collaboration with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BBRI or “BRI”).

Citizen Kiosk Digitalization is designed to help retirees and state civil servants prepare for the transition period before retirement to become entrepreneurs in the retail, digital product and E-commerce with platform end-to-end Digital Retail Ecosystem (ordering, sales, reporting, layout, planograming, inventory, shipping, promotions and cloud advertising, well behaved service, remittances).

Currently Citizen Kiosks are spread throughout Indonesia with a total of 267 Citizen Kiosks that are operating. Taspen and BRI are targeting the growth of Citizen Kiosks to 100.000 ++ Kiosks within 3 years. In this program BRI also provides Micro Loans for Pensioners and State Civil Servants who become Digital UMKM Kiosk Warga entrepreneurs.

Cooperation in Digitizing Citizen Kiosks with DMMX in implementing Infrastructure Digital Clouds and Digital Trade Marketing Platforms at the Citizens Kiosk will be an additional business and income for Kios Warga entrepreneurs by selling digital products such as credit, top up data, electricity tokens also provide payment services for water and electricity. To run the digital ecosystem within the Citizens Kiosk, DMMX is implementing it Digital Cloud Advertising through the installation of digital TV in several locations Kiosk Citizens who are premium to be able to bring brand Closer to shops and consumers

DMMX will provide added value in building a Digital Citizen Kiosk network that is growing and developing trend setters digitalization of MSMEs in Indonesia.”

Fajar Rio Krisworo, Owner of the ARMart Citizen Kiosk gave testimony, “The Citizens Kiosk is a very good program for retirees and ASNs to earn income as entrepreneurs with very little risk and is easy to run. Citizen Kiosk is designed by combining arrangement racking layout, selection of products according to the category and digital platforms so that it can facilitate daily operations to be more comfortable, safe, and provide a wider selection of digital products and services that can be sold, so Kios Warga can compete with Modern Retail that exist in Indonesia and are superior to the stalls that already exist today.”

This collaboration will encourage the growth of DMMX with a total number of Pensioners and State Civil Apparatus (Active ASN) in Indonesia which reaches more than 6,7 million people, as well as support for the introduction of Citizen Kiosks through all Taspen and BRI branch offices spread throughout Indonesia, which which makes the Kiosk Warga initiative have enormous potential.
