Currently the new search area covers around Jakarta

As the main center of business in Indonesia, the capital city of Jakarta is one of the areas that many migrants visit to work. This situation gives rise to a trend of residential rentals that increase every year, one of which is for apartment rentals.

To bridge these needs, between tenants and apartment renters, portal Window360 present. At first glance, the appearance on the portal is similar to the previously existing apartment rental sites. One of the mainstays, Jendela360 provides a more detailed visual picture with virtual tour.

"In Jendela360 there are thousands listing an apartment that is ready to be visited without the need to be present, because it is already available virtual tour-his. For sure this will save time customer who want to rent an apartment," said Jendela360 Founder Kiki Guzali.

In addition to the description of the apartment that can be seen in a 360-degree model, the information presented is also quite complete, starting from the monthly fee, the completeness of the unit, to the details of the room in the building for rent. Through this service, prospective tenants can also propose a schedule of visits to the apartment to be rented to the person who rents it.

"And generally apartment rentals in Jakarta pay for 1 year, but we also provide 0% installment payments 12 times," continued Kiki.

For now, the coverage of Jendela360 is only in the Jakarta area, both in South, Central, North, West and East Jakarta. To perform a search by location, Jendela 360 provides an attractive view with a map, hoping to make it easier for users to find the ideal location they need.
