Which doctor is a site that carries the concept of marketplace especially in the health sector. They provide services that are able to connect patients with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and insurance services so as to enable a transparent and online health service process. Departing from frustration when looking for information related to specialist doctors which takes time, long queues at hospitals, concerns about costs, and certainty of receiving insurance or not, Firman Siahaan and his colleagues try to present a health service solution that offers many conveniences.

Doctormana tries to bring all the conveniences that exist in the concept E-commerce into health services, so that patients can feel comfortable when they go to a hospital or doctor. "Through the services of Doktermana consumers can check whether the the insurance willcover desired service, whether from the usual consultation services with general practitioners or specialists, or to specific matters, such as breast implants, capsule endoscope, botox and others," said Firman.

Through Doctormana Consumers can also make purchases online using a credit card for services that have been listed, such as promos for installing braces, circumcision packages, and other packages.

Doctormana also provides facilities for consumers who ask for price quotes from service providers, such as maternity care or palliative care for patients with stage 4 cancer. This makes it easier for consumers to measure the price of services according to their economic capabilities. Doctormana also provides services medical assistance priority service, so that patients do not have to queue, and provide drug delivery facilities.

Development in 2015

This year, Doctormana seeks to establish cooperation with various insurance companies, one of which is BPJS. Firman hopes that the collaboration between Doctormana and BPJS will help the government by providing excellent service for BPJS consumers.

"In 2015 we focus on expanding our customer base or members, collaborating with several large insurance companies and hopefully with BPJS, so that BPJS consumers will get better services," said Firman.

After Jakarta, Firman also plans to expand the Doctormana operation in other big cities in Indonesia. He also hopes that someday Doctormana's services can cover the Southeast Asia region.
