Triplogic Secures Funding from East Ventures

Triplogic, a logistics startup on-demand within the city and between cities, announced that it has successfully secured early-stage funding from East Vetures. No mention of the amount obtained. It's just that Triplogic will use it to increase partners and continue to reach more cities.

Triplogic was founded by Oki Earlivan, Rowdy Fatha, and Krisna Diarini. Currently their service provide delivery last mile and agency distribution for clients, retail, SMEs, to corporations. One form of delivery offered is instant delivery. Promising goods can reach their destination within 3 hours by building delivery points at SME locations and local shops in the form of lockers and smart boxes.

"triplogic is not an ordinary logistics company that only does parcel delivery. We are a logistics company that provides complete solutions from upstream to downstream, from logistics, package delivery, packaging and distribution for SMEs. As a company logistics as a service (LAAS), we continue to focus on creating a strong supply chain ecosystem," said Triplogic CEO Oki Earlivan.

Triplogic is also quite optimistic about what they have done. They claim to have successfully served thousands of shipments per day with an increase in GMV transaction value of up to 34 times.

It is planned that the fresh funds obtained will be used to improve product quality and technology. This includes expanding the logistics network by cooperating with more SME partners as goods delivery points. So far, Triplogic has partnered with 1.600 SMEs and operates in 61 cities across Indonesia, including big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta and Palembang. In 2019 they are targeting to add more than 15.000 drop shipping point.

East Ventures partner Melisa Irene explained that so far East Ventures has invested in a number of companies engaged in the trade and supply chain industry, and the ecosystem it has built continues to grow. The inclusion of Triplogic in the ecosystem will complement the existing supply chain ecosystem.

"All the e-commerce platforms we invest in provide added value as it becomes easier for customers to get the products they want, thus creating a seamless online to offline experience; the latest example is Fore Coffee. We recognize that Triplogic, as a logistics player lastmile, suitable to complement our supply chain ecosystem so far," explained Melisa.
