They present TokoTalk, a service that allows shop owners to create personal websites for their stores with customized technology and features.

TokoTalk provides domain names and store website designs with a wide selection of themes. To make browsing or viewing easier, TokoTalk users are connected to the Facebook Pixel.

TokoTalk's presence is not to compete marketplace which is now a lot of shopping prima donna. However, it provides an option for online shop owners to complement their online business with all the features it has to offer.

"We offer a website based on mobile devices based on the market in Indonesia. Most online shoppers use chat to order products in online stores. We don't want to change this habit, instead we are looking for a solution by adjusting TokoTalk based on that habit," explained Director of Operations for TokoTalk Nesya Vannesa.

ShopTalk, explained Nesya, is a service that simplifies the process of building a complete online store. In addition to integration with several services such as social media, TokoTalk has also been developed to be able to process transactions automatically. "Smart dashboards help sellers make data-driven decisions. There are two kinds of dashboards provided, for sales and consumers. Smart dashboards sales give insight on the performance of online businesses over a period of time and capture phenomena that occur within a certain period. While the other, allows seller monitor sales conversion rates and effectiveness of each platform used such as social media and marketplace, " explained Nesya.

In 2019, TokoTalk is still focused on increasing user sales growth on social media. So far, several sellers who joined TokoTalk in the June-July 2018 period experienced a significant increase, reaching 300-400 orders per day.

"We grew with [users]. We did UI/UX testing and are constantly working on improving it to increase conversion rates. In 2019 our goal is to lead social commerce in Indonesia by helping sellers on social media to easily create and manage online stores. After that, we will expand to other Southeast Asian countries in 2019," concluded Nesya.
