Nusatalent SaaS Platform Working on Human Resources Market

Has two target markets, "fresh graduates" or students looking for internships and companies that require "head hunting" services

Solutions for job search services and human resources continuously created and innovated to produce the simplest, most efficient and accurate processes. Departing from this vision, Nusatalent operates. Nusatalent focuses on the field human resources (HR) with solutions designed to help HR teams work.

Nusatalent developed two products. First is service head hunting which was developed to help the HR team conduct candidate searches, interview candidates, and finally provide recommendations to the HR team of suitable candidates.

The second product is a software to help the HR team create a recruitment plan and use the NusaTalent database to search for candidates that match the existing filters.

Nusatalent Chief Strategy Officer Vincentia Sherren to DailySocial said that Nusatalent began operating in March 2018 with a funding status on a regular basis bootstrap. The two NusaTalent products are the flagship products of their business.

"NusaTalent is at the stage bootstrapped and is having a conversation with some venture capital and angel investors, said Sherren.

With its two current flagship products, there are two types of users being targeted. First, students who need information and internship opportunities or fresh graduates who are looking for work. The second target is companies that need services head hunting and recruitment software.

"Partnership with approximately 100 companies with a total 5000 students," said Sherren about their current achievements.

Nusatalent is quite optimistic to be able to continue to survive, develop, and be accepted by the community. The reason is they have successfully passed the market validation stage and are still doing well. Now for the remainder of 2018 NusaTalent is targeting to increase the number of student users in their system so that they can be offered to suitable and needy companies.

"This year's target and plan is to have approximately 20 thousand students to be distributed to companies because we want to help students who are very difficult to find work because of the intense competition," concluded Sherren.
