Positioning yourself as a platform property technology, CicilSewa, which was initiated by Hendry Oktavianus, Andrew Buntoro, and Ridchi Jusli, tries to present a solution to make it easier for users to rent properties in the form of houses, shop houses, or apartments. The CicilSewa party helps provide a "bridging" fund for one to two years so that users can pay on a monthly basis. The company was founded in October 2018.

"InstallmentRent has helped hundreds of families/individuals with their property rental needs. Now they can live closer to the office, from boarding house to moving house, and of course with a much better standard of living quality than before. CicilSewa has also helped hundreds of businessmen to start their businesses, or help expand their business in terms of rental properties," said Hendry.

Hendry claims that so far, the property rental market in Indonesia is mostly accessed by the upper middle class range rental costs around Rp. 30 million to Rp. 50 million per year. The solution that CicilSewa offers is designed in such a way as to reduce the cost of the rental.

In addition to offering light installment solutions for residences or apartments, CicilSewa also offers properties in the form of shop houses.

Entering the age of two, CicilSewa seeks to expand its reach in more cities. Already serving the Jabodetabek area, in the next one to two years they are targeting to be able to target the Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Bali areas.

"CicilSewa wants to work with all property owners, because property owners still get the rent at the beginning. By working with CicilSewa, their properties will definitely be rented out faster.
