aStore Enliven Alternative App Stores With aBank and aKoin Features

Android smartphone users, it seems that there will never be a shortage of places to find various applications. In addition to popular application stores, various alternative application stores are now widely available with all kinds of advantages. Now comes another application store made by PT. Intertel sky with name aStore which tries to be more personal for Android users.

This app store was actually officially released last October 2014. In the press release that we received, the aStore claimed to have managed to captivate the hearts of Android users with the number of downloads that have reached hundreds of thousands since its official launch.

The presence of this aStore will add crowded Android app users' choice to get apps for free through alternative app stores. Each of these alternative app stores has its own advantages, such as Evercoss with stores The Everstore and Altermyth with Game App Store Nampol.

Intrigued by its performance, we tried to download it through the official aStore website. How to download this application is quite easy, you are only asked to scan the QR-code at the top right of the new member registration form. Another way is to register first to get the unique code link.

Honestly, the first time I tried this application, something unpleasant happened. We tried to download this application through an Android 2.3 device, which is an old Android system that currently has loyal users. After downloading and installing it, when I tried to enter the application, it only lasted for a while before the "Application Error" pop up window appeared on the smartphone screen. This is quite disappointing, considering that this application is specifically for Android devices. If it doesn't support the old operating system, wouldn't it be better when you install the application a notification appears like "sorry your operating system doesn't support" or something like that.

Not giving up out of curiosity, we tried to re-download it on an Android 4.0 smartphone and it worked. As claimed, this app store is quite user friendly. In the main menu located above, there are Home, App, Game, Wpp (Wallpaper) options, and aBank - features that are featured in aStore. If you go to one of the App, Game, or Wpp menus, you can find the Top 20 sub menu which interestingly has a division based on gender, namely the top 20 men and the top 20 women.

As for the aBank feature, the aStore claims that this feature is not available in any application store. The aBank feature allows users to collect aKoin from selected apps. The aStore claims that later these aKoins can be exchanged for prepaid credit from all cellular operators in Indonesia.
