SMART IT Fest 2017 Presents Various Events Around Technology in Solo

The Department of Informatics Engineering D3 Sebelas Maret University in collaboration with E-Mailkomp (D3 Informatics Engineering Student Entity) will again hold their annual agenda. Entitled "SMART IT Fest 2017" or "Sebelas Maret IT Fest 2017", this event will be held at the atrium of Hartono Mall Solo Baru, Central Java, on 15-17 September 2017 from 09.00 - 21.00. SMART IT Fest 2017 brought the big theme "Technology Synergy in the Creative Industry Era".

There are several agendas that will be presented in this series of events. The first is the final project exhibition for D3 Informatics Engineering UNS students. The participants will exhibit each product developed, and visitors can try the work. The products on display consist of three categories, the first is information systems and mobile app, then multimedia products and product-based game.

In addition, there is also an event entitled Information Technology Competition, which is a competition in the field of technology. There are two things that are contested, the first is about server security and the second one competition game. The Server Security competition titled "Capture The Flag" is intended for high school/vocational high school students and the equivalent by forming a team of 3 people. Whereas competition game in this case using Dota 2 is intended for the public.

Event talkshow also become one of the agenda in SMART IT Fest 2017. In collaboration with the Solo Anti Hoax Community, here will be discussed about how hoax news spreads and how to respond to it. It is hoped that this session can provide an understanding and understanding of the dangers of spreading hoax news and also how to reduce the spread of hoax news. This event will be held on September 16, 2017.

The last one is related to seminars about technology. There are four themes that will be presented in this series of seminars, namely:
